Lakefront vacation rental house and cottage on Langford Lake near Victoria, British Columbia. Victoria is
located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, BC. "The Garden City" has the mildest climate in Canada,
is the sunniest place in B.C., and is the premiere year round tourist destination spot of the Pacific Northwest.

The property is apprx. ½ acre and set back from a quiet road and is very private. It has a wonderful patio with furniture and dock area lake side along with a waterslide, boats and swimming float access. There is a beautiful walking trail that goes around the lake.

The main floor has a large log wall living room / dining room overlooking the lake complete with a rock fireplace. A full kitchen, a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bathroom. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen size bed along with a half bathroom. Full kitchen includes stove, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer/fridge, and dishes. There is also a separate treehouse room

The 2 bedroom vacation cottage is located between the house and the road. The cottage also has full access and usage of the lake and amenities. Fully equipt including gas fireplace, 2 bedrooms, outdoor patio and BBQ, and private driveway/parking.

view from other side of Langford Lake Beautiful Langford Lake is only 10 minutes north of the city of Victoria, just before Goldstream Provincial Park. Sunny exposure with a waterside view of trees, lake and eagles, as the other side of the lake is a park. Hiking and exploring at Goldstream Park is only minutes away, the park is also home to famous salmon spawn every fall. The wild and beautiful pacific coast beaches surround the area. If you are looking for city life, cosmopolitan dining, superb shopping, a world class museum, Butchart Gardens, whale watching, salmon fishing and much much more you will find it all within a 5 -15 minute drive. If you want to Golf, there are 3 top courses within 5 - 15 minutes of the house including the "Bear Mountain" course. The lake is restricted to electric motors only so it is always quiet and peaceful. There is excellent trout and small mouth bass fishing. The lake is very clean and safe to swim in (Aug 2003 water temperature was between 74º - 78ºf.).
