Identify cost-effective retrofits, lower your energy use, save on energy bills, and gain access to current energy efficiency grant programs.

Step One
Book a baseline home energy assessment with an energy advisor such as Energuy (1-877-295-1144) at a cost of $150 plus HST. This assessment will include:

• personalized consultation with an energy efficiency expert
• blower door fan test to quantify and identify air leakage
• software analysis of your home's heated air space
• customized retrofit plan for your home
• calculation of your home's baseline EnerGuide rating, a number on a scale of 0 - 100 that describes how your home rates for energy efficiency. An EnerGuide label is provided.

Step Two
Complete your choice of renovations in the next 18 months.

Step Three
Book a follow up home energy assessment with your energy advisor (Energuy 1-877-295-1144) at a cost of $150 plus HST. This assessment will include:

• blower door fan test to confirm air sealing
• second software anaylsis of your home's heated air space
• second EnerGuide label that shows your home's increased energy efficiency from your renovations
• access to the LiveSmart BC grants  ($30-$60 per window/door/skylight)
• access to the ecoENERGY grants ($40 per rough opening)
